Reach plans, builds, runs and optimizes paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for your business, and reports on performance.
Packages run for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months and are billed monthly to the card you provide at checkout. The monthly retainer is at least $299. Your plan ends automatically when the term is complete and does not renew unless you choose to continue.
Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta and Google through your own ad accounts and is separate from our retainer. The minimum recommended ad spend is $500 per month. You keep ownership of your ad accounts, pages and data at all times.
Because campaign work begins as soon as you sign up, all sales are final and the package commitment can't be cancelled early.
If you're not satisfied with our work, you can request a refund from your dashboard. We will refund 50% of the retainer fees you have paid to date and end your plan. Ad spend paid to Meta or Google is not refundable by Reach.
We work hard to get you results and will always report honestly, but advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results. Any estimates we share are estimates, not promises.
You agree to give Reach partner or manager access to the accounts needed to run your campaigns, and confirm you have the right to do so. You can remove our access at any time.
You agree to receive daily performance updates and service emails. You can adjust how often you hear from us by contacting your ad manager.
